Services
One team for the whole room.
A golf room is more than a simulator. We design the space, build it and install the technology, so every part works together and feels like it belongs.
Residential
Home golf rooms
Basements, garages and bonus rooms, turned into a place to practice, play and entertain.
- Dedicated rooms finished like the rest of your home
- Garage builds that still work as a garage
- Seating, bar areas, lighting and sound

Commercial
Commercial golf spaces
Golf as part of your business: client entertainment, team events, or a draw for your guests.
- Offices, bars, restaurants and event venues
- Rooms that also work for meetings and presentations
- Durable materials made for regular use

Simulation
Overhead, out of the way.
Most of our builds use the ProTee VX, an overhead launch monitor mounted on the ceiling above the hitting area. Nothing sits on the floor, and the room stays open for right- and left-handed golfers.

What goes into a golf room
Every part, planned together
Space planning
Swing clearance, sightlines, seating and flow, resolved before anything is built.
Simulation
Overhead ProTee VX launch monitor, computer and course software, installed and tested.
Screen & enclosure
A quiet, durable impact screen with padded surrounds that keep the room safe.
Projection
A projector sized and placed for a bright image, with no shadow on the screen.
Turf & hitting area
A mat that’s easy on your joints, set into turf that finishes the room.
Lighting, sound & finishes
Lighting, audio, wall treatments, storage and furniture that complete the space.
Will it fit?
Room size starting points
Typical starting points, not hard rules. Ceiling height matters most, since you need room for a full driver swing. We measure every space before we propose a design.
| Measurement | Typical minimum | Comfortable |
|---|---|---|
| Ceiling height | 9 ft | 10 ft or more |
| Width | 12 ft | 15–16 ft, for right- and left-handed players |
| Depth | 15 ft | 18–20 ft |
